Mom's Pumpkin Bread

4 beaten eggs 3 C sugar
1 C cooking oil 3/4 C water
3 1/3 C flour Can of pumpkin (1 1/2 cups)
2 t. baking soda 1/2 t. salt
1 teaspoon each of nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger

Use a large bowl. Combine and mix all ingredients well - the mixture will be very liquidy.
Pour into 2 loaf pans.
Bake 350 for 1 1/4 hours
